Until now, the only way to clean and grease a chain is the manual process we are so familiar with. Where with constant scrubbing only a small portion of the grime and dust can be removed. The only way to re-lubricate a chain has been by hand. Wherein grease is either applied manually onto the chain, or oil is squeezed onto it. The grease stays on superficially and in the case of oil, it is quickly lost due to the centrifugal force generated by the chain while in motion. Either way, is ineffective.

That's where the greasilator makes such a difference.

Cleaning with convenience

It comes with a sprocket wheel, where the dirty chain can be placed, and a cleaning enclosure. A motor powers the cleaning liquid into an array of nozzles, that spray out the cleaning liquid at great force, on to the chain. In the enclosed cleaning section, these jets of cleaning liquid make short work of dust and grime. The sprocket wheel can be turned, ensuring all parts of the chain are cleaned uniformly and thoroughly. The cleaning liquid (kerosene) can be filtered & recycled for further use.

The greasing section consists of a patent pending double walled greasing chamber. This chamber allows for a very unique way of heating the grease, through indirect heating. The outer wall encloses oil that is used to heat the inner Chamber, which will carry the grease. Once the grease is in a liquid state, provision is made for the chains to the immersed in it safely and conveniently.

This process ensures that molten grease flows right into the annular gap between each pin and bush. Here, the grease will also solidify, after cooling and stay on, providing improved lubrication up to 5000 kms.
